Some characters gain unique abilities when they are at locations: although Im sure were going to be getting way more info about how characters and locations are going to be interacting in Into the Inklands, for now we just have to take whats been revealed so far and Ravensburgers word for it that somehow locations and characters are going to have beneficial gameplay mechanics for our decks
However, I think that this card is exactly what the game needs more of: a slow Pokmon whose strength doesnt come from huge damage, but from a Ability powerful enough that its worth playing around it
