Ive only seen it once on a yellow cheeks Base Set Pikachu, which Im happy to say I own (its also a 3D stamp like most yellow cheeks Pikachu, but lets ignore that and focus on the width of the 1): 37523432 3.53 MB 1232319 137 KB Ive also seen the red cheeks Pikachu with thin stamp two times thus far, but unfortunately I dont own this variation yet
Plus, in the right deck, you can still often cast Thought Monitor for just one mana, although thats more difficult to pull off
