This Rakdos commander is one of the best X-spell commanders in Magic and offers a huge combo potential in a turn when you pay 15+ life to fuel a huge card-draw spell or a card like Torment of Hailfire and win from there
Thats exactly the same for more sought after characters too, as the less popular Disney Characters on Enchanted cards are wanted mostly to complete a set, rather than as a priority

While some people have argued that Wizards would find a way to adapt and move forward like the music industry did in response to its piracy problem, perhaps by taking the game completely digital, personally, I don't have much faith that Wizards could completely reinvent the booster pack model it has been using for 25 years and be successful
