Tenth District Hero is probably fine in an aggro deck, where itll often be that 4/4 on installment
The deck is very fast and can get out of control very quickly if no one does anything to stop it
Preventing all noncombat damage that would be dealt to you and creatures you control is huge as well
Besides a couple of nitpicky card choice discrepancies, my take on modern-day Fires would look something like this 28th place decklist from Worcester: Creatures (25) 3 Scavenging Ooze 4 Ghor-Clan Rampager 4 Zhur-Taa Druid 4 Elvish Mystic 2 Polukranos, World Eater 2 Ember Swallower 3 Stormbreath Dragon 2 Boon Satyr 1 Mistcutter Hydra Planeswalkers (6) Lands (24) Spells (5) Besides Fires, I think the other best shells for Hammer would have to be Sligh and Red Deck Wins
Card Number003/032
Funnily enough, I had a quick look at the Cloudpost deck that made the Top 8 of the very first Modern Pro Tour in Philadelphia back in 2011, and the deck contained four cards that are now banned Cloudpost, Eye of Ugin, Green Suns Zenith and Punishing Fire
