It used to have the advantage of not letting cards like Cyclone or Heavy Storm go to waste, and since you always draw monsters, it was hard to brick and was quite strong just by deploying them, but now, at most you have Harpie's Feather Duster, and there seems to be more monster hate, so it looks hard to build

This card has an incredibly strong ability which allows you to declare an attribute (fire, wind, water etc)
