I'm trying to rebalance the game and I had two questions: 1

Morgan, the Enchantress of Avalon X DARK Level 3 [ SpellcasterEffect ] ATK 1300 DEF 1600 When your opponent activates a card or effect, while you control a "Noble Knight" monster and a "Noble Arms" Equip Spell (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY

This means it has scratches or white edges or a light crease etc

Even though it's a vanilla monster, it's still a threat when it hits the field (which it's easy to cheat out in a "Blue-Eyes" Deck) thanks to its high attack, which is still the highest attack out of any vanilla monster in the game
