You dont have to keep track of exactly which card came from what pack, but I recommend recreating packs with the appropriate ratio of commons, uncommons, and rares/mythics
The Floodborn cards Protective Embrace effect grants other characters the Ward keyword, making it valuable as a way of defending against challenges from your rival players
The interesting part about a Throne of Eldraine booster box is that a lot of uncommons and commons are powerful too, not just the rares
