Abaddon the Despoiler does precisely this
Each theme has a splashable game plan, allowing for a ton of variety between Jumpstart decks
You can also use it to find your last Creeping Chill to deal the last points of damage
It doesnt quite make the top ten because you can do much better as green top-end, but if you want to animate lands, this green creature does a fantastic job ending games by turning as many lands as you like into 8/8s
Should someone figure out how to break it, Threats Undetected may be a three-mana card that instantly finds an infinite combo on its own
To elaborate, reds removal is tied for the worst with green (who struggles slightly more with creatures but can handle enchantments), their protection is limited in scope, and their advantage states are often ephemeral bursts of power instead of game-spanning engines
