The wine spends 24 months in Alliers barriques and then left to age in bottle for further 2 years. After the fifth year of ageing the wine can be sold as a Riserva. The colour is intense red garnet with floral and spicy nose. The palate has intense tannins but with a long ripe redcurrant aftertaste. Contains SULPHITES.
