标本产自中国福建省漳州市云霄县通贝村，为当地锰铝榴石矿区新产出品种。淡紫色自形八面体萤石晶体生长于棕褐色粒状锰铝榴石基底之上，部分标本伴生少量锌日光榴石。萤石光泽很好。萤石晶体与粒状锰铝榴石形成鲜明结晶对比，是极具特色的共生矿物标本。

产地：中国云南大理巍山。热液矿脉内最先结晶产出辉锑矿。之后橙黄色犬牙状方解石析出并包覆辉锑矿基底。纤维状透石膏完整覆盖在方解石表层。如今裸露的方解石晶体，是人工剔除外部石膏层后显露出来。三段式依次共生生长，完整记录了成矿热液组分的变化，形成了稀缺的圈层叠生矿物构造。
