He produced art alongside his job as a school teacher and made his exhibition debut in 1969 at Den Frie, Copenhagen. By 1975, he stopped teaching and focused solely on his artistic work as a painter and went on to exhibit widely in over ten countries. Nature was a significant source of inspiration for the artist and this painting is titled Volcanic (or Vulcanic). By applying the paint in
