In 2022, when we worked with Kraig Lee, we hand picked these tiny peppercorn size coffee cherries, then we developed a fermentation method utilizing yeast and other special ingredients, undergoing a carbonic maceration for 48 hours, and then hand sorted by us before being submitted to the 2022 Kona Coffee Cultural Cupping Competition. And guess what? We won. Kraig Lee won First place in the Classic Division,
