Seresin Estate, Beautiful Chaos Pinot Noir, 2022 Florina blackcurrantThis is amphora wild fermented organic and biodynamic Pinot Noir, hand picked from the Raupo vineyard site and bottled unfined, unfiltered and unsulphured. This has a bit of natural wine funk, which is quickly overtaken by bright, exuberant fruit, freesia, lily and lipstick aromas. It is dry, fresh and exciting on the palate, with light texture, crunchy fruit, brisk acidity and an appealing note of liquorice on the finish.
