Unknown Soldier Valletta Malta Black And White Photography Print Cambridge print We took this photograph ofThe statue of the Unknown Soldier in Valetta, Malta, with Fort Ricasoli behind. Malta was the most bombed location during the second world war and the statue, part of the Siege Bell Memorial, represents those who fought and died during the war. It was built in 1992 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Malta being awarded the George Cross for its bravery during the war. Captured in October 2022.
