The ring has a large rectangular Carnelian claw set to the front, the stone has a pale banded layer on top of the rich deep, red orange. The pale layer reflects different tones in different lights from a pale blue to white, it has not been engraved so could be personalised with a crest or initials, Carnelian with this pale overlay look fantastic when carved, revealing the rich orange
