This cake came about from an adaptation of previous custom request from a client and we knew we had to make it available for everyone

between layers of those famous butter cookies and/or vanilla wafers

The carrots flavor is delightfully heightened by the vanilla notes. With the right amount of cinnamon and nutmeg, this cake calls for autumn and family get togethers. Topped with cream cheese icing and walnuts, little if any of this cake will be left when served at your event! (Another personal favorite of our baker.)
