My strategy was to play any of the 2-color combinations in the Mardu edge to play aggressive allied decks
I do like how it can do a lot of damage with Return Blow, so just having it on this card will probably prevent your opponent from using major attacks on your Pokemon
It gets to do this on attack, too, which means Kefka is a great value engine over time

However, since I haven't reviewed either Bisharp card from this set (there are two) or the other Pawniard card from this set, I'll just act as though I plan on using this card without its evolution or having any knowledge of what the other Pawniard card is like from this set
