That is highly unusual and, having watched a few box opening videos on Youtube, I didnt recall seeing this (though I wasnt paying much attention to the commons)

The simple version of this combo is to Normal Summon Hanzo, add Duplication, use Duplication in your opponents Standby Phase to summon a second Hanzo straight from your deck
