The ability of this card to become a 5/3 is gravy, and the card draw ability is unbelievably easy to turn on

Three mana for a 2/3 vigilance isn't where you want to be, same for a 6-mana 4/4 vigilance

It's Dynamotor Ability is a spiritual reprint of Eelektrik (Noble Victories) with the same Ability that also happened to be paired with Rayqauza EX (Dragons Exalted), but I guess it's just a coincidence...right
