Chishiro makes a nice commander for a deck full of creatures that natively enter the battlefield with counters on them, like Spike Feeder and Spike Weaver

One said he could if he had two mana, so I Snapped his Birgi and untapped two of his lands, which let him use Tainted Pact to find Force of Will, incidentally exiling many important cards from his deck, and getting another card out of his hand to stop the other player from winning, which, in that spot, was far better for me than if Id been able to counter the Underworld Breach myself

That's strong (if it ever happens), but not exactly game-winning enough to be worth the trouble of filling a deck with a bunch of 2-mana 3/1s

For abuses this seems significantly worse than Pyromancer's Goggles which are quite a fun gimmick card themselves

Other than that, everything in the Collection is fair game
