Note that a Pokmon that uses an attack that is of its same type (ie: Mewtwo, a Psychic Pokmon, using the Psychic technique) deals 50% more damage than a Pokmon that uses a non-matching attack (ie: Mewtwo, a Psychic Pokmon, using the Thunder technique)
The rest of the cards effect isnt going to come up a ton in Limited, but Blue does have enough graveyard stuff going on that turning this into a 10/10 isnt impossible, and obviously the hexproof keeps you from really getting punished for milling your whole library
