Legacy of the Duelist and Tag Force Arc-V Special are OK, but since they're not time bound to the specific era I'm building for and include modern cards those older characters would have had no access to, I generally prefer the GX era World Championship games and what I consider the golden standard, the first 3 Tag Force games
There are some incredibly expensive cards one can potentially find online, but a lot of them are very old cards, maybe playtest versions of existing cards, or mint copies of Black Lotus
Honestly, the only sellers of anything I can think of are drug dealer, who cut in flour with cocaine and nonsense like that
She doesn't really weave a destiny for your deck's design, just ties down your opponents
Their owners shuffle those cards into their libraries
Besides only being used during the GX fight that has been mentioned a few times, it also just isn't that strong of a card, which is likely why it would be forgotten by fans
