This seems like a super annoying card to deal with, and I can see all sorts of places it could work well, from the straightforward Amber/Emerald aggro deck that won first place at Worlds to Chernadog
Both commanders start in the command zone, and the remaining 98 cards (or 58 cards in a Commander Draft game) of your deck are shuffled to become your library
For that reason alone, this deck takes our number two spot
This is excellent for when you are looking for a key character but they haven't shown up on their own yet
