Essentially, it adds more shine: all the basic lands are foil (as well as non-foil), and the promo cards are foil, and of course the inclusion of a Collector Booster means a shot at rare foils and variants

Main sets (so far) have each had 204 numbered cards with rarities from Common to Legendary

My Favorite: On Wings of Gold This is just generically good even in non-zombies decks
