Youd like to play this red enchantment with commanders that have a built-in mana sink, or commanders that use the mana to create more creatures, creating an infinite combo (Sliver Queen, for example)
The Fallout collaborations with MTG have been one of the community's favorite and the prices of the sets and cards definitely reflect that
The thing that really pushes her is the fact that you can very realistically expect to hard cast her should the game go on past the midgame
It's basically cheating (or, more precisely: a color pie break) that lets red decks get rid of problematic cards like enchantments and guarantees that its target gets out of sight and out of mind, but runs the risk of replacing it with something even worse
