Id still play it with fliers and such, but I doubt its going to be consistently great

Its exile from graveyard effect is fairly pricey mana-wise, however, it can completely shut down combo pieces of certain decks, making it a good idea to keep some mana up for it should you ever need it

It's also a great adjunct to a deck that wants turn off these effects not only to hurt others, but to help yourself
