2 years ago I run a deck with a similar idea, and I'd suggest looking for Sorcerer Class and View from Above Sorcerer Class goes well with Jeskai Ascendancy, functionally giving you infinite mana for your instants and sorceries, and View from Above keeps returning to your hand, so you can keep casting it and triggering Prowess as long as you have the mana and a white permanent

Its indestructible and makes bodies every turn, making it somewhat resilient to board wipes

You can also combine Notion Thief with something like Windfall in order to strip your opponents hands and draw a massive amount of cards
