Lugia ex has the multi-colour Elemental Blast ability which unleashes a devastating 180 damage attack, at the cost of energy being discarded

This card can make a second and third attack during each Battle Phase

As for my all time favorite it is so hard to choose because I love all the promos from 96-2003, but if I had to choose I would go with Grand Party
