There are insane combinations you can pull off with these cards such as Geartown and Ancient Gear Catapult in where using the latter to destroy the former can bring you two powerful Ancient Gears at once with Catapult even ignoring summoning conditions so you can Special Summon monsters that can't usually be Special Summoned like Ancient Gear Golem
You can also sell Pokmon cards locally, but Id argue that selling online is faster and more efficient
