While value is a big deal in both types of deck construction, immediate value is more important in constructed, while exponential value reigns supreme in casual Commander

It is always a bit awkward with these types of lands that make you choose a color, because sometimes you have to play it earlier and name the color of something you arent splashing, just cause you need a different color of mana, but this still looks like the kind of fixing that will help decks splash stuff I think this land is probably worth running in most decks despite only producing colorless mana at first

As for opening these serialized cards, you can only get them in collector boosters of the appropriate MTG set

I personally feel Sliver Overlord is the best of the bunch, but that's just me
