As a 2/2 with vigilance, that's respectable, and the one time effects are fine too, I just don't think there's really a deck out there that's going to want to take advantage of either one

Pokemon Card Rating: I would give this card a 2 out of 5 rating, I like that Hippowdon can do spread damage but I don't like the fact it takes four energy cards to do that and with only 110 hp you'll have to hope you can set this card up on your bench first
