My evaluation comes from my own biases, which boil down to: play the sort of cards and decks that lets everyone at the table have a chance to breathe, play Commander, and have at least a decent chance to do the thing that their deck wants to do

That all comes together to create a commander with a lot of different deckbuilding avenues, so expect brewers to latch onto this one

But, like any Magic card, artifacts are only good when you can cast them

It seems promising, but being on my phone, and having a couple gaps in functionality (no hybrid mana on full art) made me keep looking
