Your Blue-Eyes is neat, but in this age and day 8 mana for an 8/6 Flying Menace is pretty 'meh', Baneslayer is a joke in Commander, 8 drops see play in Commander if anywhere, and I feel like this isn't impactful enough for a 'play and wait' card

Yes, it will see a smattering of play in standard, probably along side Rishkar who can power out Ajani on turn four but it's rather weak when compared to more recent efforts
