Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of In Garruk's Wake depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate)
This allowed the card to have a rules text box, in which you could then move the chapter icons to show when the same effect happened twice
