In my opinion this is an above average Stage 2 Pokemon card, this card would be absolutely dominate if it did 20 damage to all of your opponent's benched Pokemon with Tail Swing, but doing 100 damage to the active Pokemon and attacking benched Basic Pokemon is powerful enough, and it makes me want to include this entire line in a deck
