Telepathy has a million foil printings which makes me think for 7th foils to be expensive, the number of printings doesnt matter if the card is good and 7th is the best version

It's not terrible in Ayula decks, but it's certainly not one of the better Bear generators, and I'd rather skip on the mediocre Bears and just run more card draw / tutors to find the good ones instead
