Storm decks focus more on red, black, and sometimes blue mana, and green decks can already ramp themselves pretty effectively
Most of the time on turn 3 youre probably just going to want to play it as a 3-mana 3/3 that enters tapped, but sometimes youre in a spot where you really need to be able to block, and you can play it Disguised when thats the case, and draining 3 life from your opponent is a pretty real effect
Obviously, as you can see above, the first of these is the green god, Ojer Kaslem, Deepest Growth
Effects that interact with this zone (and not the Command Zone as well, ala Drannith Magistrate) arent exactly commonplace, though they do exist
