Im hopeful that this one actually sticks around, though I doubt its more than a 1-2 of in some lists

Once per battle, when an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can negate that attack, and if you do, place 1 counter on this card

The downside here is that you need both cards in hand to play Lugia to your bench

Escalate 1 (Pay this cost for each mode chosen beyond the first.) Choose one or more Target player discards all the cards in his or her hand, then draws that many cards

This includes Scavenger's Talent (food tokens, mill, reanimate), Savor (removal, food tokens), Pawpatch formation (removal, card draw, food tokens), and Cache Grab (mill, food tokens, return a permanent from the graveyard)
