Theres not much to say about Hour of Devastation that hasnt been said already, but it deserves the hype its gotten so far
The downside here is you dont get to shuffle whats on top like in blue - you can however, target any player in the game
And since their mana requirements are pretty intense for their point in the mana curve, it was harder to play a playset of both in the same deck with the limited amount of dual lands in the game at the time
Lots of stuff would die to your Fire Imp that they had cast on turns 1 or 2, so you could stamp out stuff like Soul Warden, Birds of Paradise, Priest of Titania, and more
Experienced magicians will confidently tell you that audience members won't ever notice the difference
Do not put everything counters on multiple basic lands if you can avoid it
