You could use that card on its own since it can do up to 130 damage a turn but if you want some major power in your deck, I would highly recommend setting up Mega Rayquaza on the bench and even getting more than 5 energy cards on this card or figuring out a way to quickly attack an energy card to Rayquaza or even two energy cards to it, while also being able to attach energy cards to other Pokemon, that way, you can knock out any Pokemon your opponent puts out there in one move for sure
