151's pull rates are also fairly forgiving, so you can reasonably expect to get something exciting in a handful of packs, though you must keep in mind that there are no guarantees when buying loose packs, as there's no telling which products they came from

For 4 mana, it wipes every creature off the battlefield and even stops regeneration, which made it the clean benchmark for sweepers for a long time
WotC mentioned that 1st Edition runs were the first 3 days of each sets production (doubt this is true for base 1st though)
