This card is a wonderful flash play that can come in and draw you cards after an opponents already fired off their removal

Note that discover is better than cascade since you can just put it into your hand if you reveal something you don't want to cast, like Hero's Downfall when you have no major targets, so it's always card flow or draw

But its a solid way to whittle away at your opponents weaker creatures

Karn, Silver Golem is a nice hipster choice, but it's either underpowered in todays Commander meta or is just an infinite combo enabler

As for the rest of the build there were loads of cards I wanted to add
