Other cards, such as Sheoldred, Whispering One, can be great for the fact that they continually mess with opponents: old Sheoldred allowed you to return a creature card from your graveyard at the start of your turn, meaning that reanimating her likely nets you free continual reanimation while shes on the field, and ALSO makes your opponents sacrifice a creature during their upkeep, getting around hexproof, indestructible, or other removal resistant barriers
This makes permanently dealing with a Timothar players Vampires a huge headache, as they can effectively transform into bats instead of dying
If you want to run some shenanigans with Thassa's Oracle and Tainted Pact, run only one of each basic land
Collector boosters are slightly larger packs that contain a collection of foils, alternate-art cards, special treatments, and occasional chase cards like serialized cards or textured foils
Rafinne is also great in commander as a leader for a more aggressive take on Obscura, letting players experiment with new cards that dont fit into traditional Esper decks
Being able to hold up mana to interact and then dump it into casting something outside of normal timing restrictions is incredibly powerful in Commander, so I definitely think that this card will be a big hit in the format
