She might be somewhat expensive, but getting to cast spells for life in Commander is dangerously good

Opt is a combat trick with prowess dorks or zero mana when you want to keep mana up to represent counterspells and you really don't need much extra on a one mana cantrip for it to be nuts

Count on Luck The biggest problem with Count on Luck is that you need to be mono-red for this to be good, but then again, the deck is its natural home

The downside is that this hits your cards as well as your opponents, but if you dont mind, then this card can play a huge role in making sure that your opponent is stuck without their main strategy
