Every time it hits a player, you exile the top card of your libraryand unlike Robber of the Rich, you can play that exiled card anytime, as long as you control Lightning

If you do, draw two cards and each opponent loses life equal to the mana value of the sacrificed permanent

It's a red sorcery that costs three generic and one red mana

Jessie's other abilities also get you a card if you have two or more other Toy Characters in play while Buzz allow you to draw and discard a card if you paid 2 or less to play a non-character card

I have moved to Top 15 and skipped past my normal 3 Top Ten with three Honorable Mentions each plus one last for a Top 40
