My vote goes No. We all knew how much of a hassle this card was when it was in Gust of Wind form, so much that over the years it decreased in effectiveness to Doublegust, then Pokmon Reversal, then Pokmon Catcher
While Kiawe didnt stay in the spotlight for too long, it was a very explosive form of Energy acceleration that got into some good decks early in its run and popped up from time to time after that
Its a far cry from something like Magic Arena , but the game features a unique story to play through and some cards, like Armageddon and Earthquake even have dramatic animations when they hit the battlefield
