I still say the base deck is one of the better Precons Ive seen (especially if this semi-tribal creature flavor is your thing if you like Izzet Spellslinger decks, obviously you might feel different), but this just has a little more oomph to it

Ill be ignoring this aspect of the decks altogether, since I imagine most players arent going to be engaging with it

Fortunately, theres not really a wrong choice between the two of them

This mass removal in particular keeps that decision point at length for your opponents but not for you, and there are a few ways to make it even better

Follow the law of the land Its your fan content creation, but you still need to comply with your countries laws and adhere to Wizards Terms of Use and Code of Conduct

Its a lot of fun, but only if you dont want to cast many creatures
