Of the five "base" color combinations combining adjacent colors, this is, by far, my favorite combination for drafting a generic unknown environment such as a random Cube, as well as Abedraft, a draft with every card ever printed
Bleed, Trim, and Safe Zones Proper formatting prevents printing errors: Bleed: Extend artwork beyond edges Trim line: Final cut boundary Safe zone: Keep text away from edges Using templates ensures your cards are aligned correctly and prevents important details from being cut off
Fake PSA slabs, complete with convincing (but not quite right) labels, are common
Youre trying to control the pace, dictate the exchanges, and win through tempo and value over time
Then folks draft the Cube, and build decks out of it, and play
The fact that this all works together wasn't a happy coincidence, it was carefully planned by the design and development teams
