This is obviously bad design because they stop certain decks from functioning entirely while the player using the floodgate can continue to play their half of the game
Getting ahead on lands is absolutely great, but you really need a steady stream of card draw to go along with this
You can even tinker with opponents counters if that matters in some way
A 4-mana 3/2 with Flying and Vigilance is sort of passable, so the Disguise upside here is a nice thing to have around
