Innkeeper's Talent provides three fantastic effects split between its three tiers: for two mana you get a +1/+1 counter on one of your creatures each time you enter the combat phase, then, for one more, all of your permanents with counters get ward 1, and finally, for four more mana you'll double the number of counters you get on every permanent you control

I dont expect Pocket to actually do any of these things, but my little frustrations with the game are starting to add up
